The involvement and experience of the staff of ANTER on Project Management
(PM) activities have started since the 90's and are based on the PM theoretical
background knowledge of its staff and its involvement in national and
european projects.
Also we have been teaching Project Management theory and practices for more
than 20 years to vocational training programs concerning staff of both the
public and the private sector.
Additionally, ANTER owns extensive experience on latest PM support software
tools, like the MS-PROJECT tool for projects' tasks description, tasks
scheduling, resources allocation, resources leveling, progress tracking,
reporting, etc.
